Opera System Administrator

Job Description:

A company is looking for an Opera System Administrator to manage technical solutions and support hospitality operations.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to implement and optimize technical solutions
Provide ongoing technical and functional support post-implementation
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance integration processes and reduce manual tasks

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or accredited technical certificate program
Minimum three (3) years of OPERA property management experience, with OPERA Cloud experience preferred
Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Results-oriented attitude with minimal supervision required
Ability to establish oneself as a trusted product expert
